AI SDR for the trades · Canadian B2B firms that sell to multi-unit residential buildings

Booked site meetings with property managers. Without hiring a business developer.

PEIQ is a digital employee for business development: an AI SDR built for the trades. It maps the multi-unit residential buildings in your territory, finds the people who manage them, writes to them for your approval and books the site meetings. You brief it once, like a senior hire.

How it works

Brief it in the boardroom. It builds your pipeline.

Most firms in the trades can't justify a full-time business developer. PEIQ does the work one would: it finds the multi-unit residential buildings, reaches the managers and books the site meetings, and you approve every step.

    Industries

Lead generation for firms that sell to multi-unit residential buildings.

Property managers and condo boards in multi-unit residential buy on cycles: studies, renewals, capital plans, seasons. PEIQ watches for those moments in your territory and reaches the right person first. The same works for REITs, facility managers, hotels and motels, schools and school boards, universities and colleges, hospitals, retirement homes, fitness clubs and municipalities.

    Compare

Four ways to reach property managers. PEIQ starts at the building.

The usual options for winning work from property managers, condo boards and facility managers, placed on the two things that decide it, then side by side.

    Where each option really sits

Hiring a business developer: knows the market as well as the person you hire. Works on their own judgment, so you see results more than emails.

    • Zones, not dots. Each option covers a range: a hire depends on who you hire, a tool on how it is set up.
    • PEIQ, honestly. The monogram marks what is proven today: pool and spa, at Superior. The dashed zone is the other trades, where each trade’s buying signals are added one by one.

    Trust

It works inside the limits you set. Here is how you can check.

Nothing goes out on its own

Emails, calls, meeting confirmations and concessions wait for your approval. You can approve, edit or stop each one.

    Consent on every contact

Each person carries the source of their details and the CASL basis for contacting them. Opt-outs are honoured at once, everywhere.

    Facts only from your sources

It answers from your files, voice notes, website and price list. Anything else gets “let me confirm that for you.”

    Every word on record

Emails, replies and calls are logged and transcribed, so whoever picks up the account has the full history.

    How that compares

Published industry figures for outbound sales, next to Superior’s first 13 working days. The grey bars are what is typical; the blue mark is Superior.

Site meetings bookedout of every 100 people written to
Meetings held per monthcompared with a full-time sales development rep

Read these with care. Many of the people Superior wrote to already knew the company, so its list was warmer than a true cold list. A firm starting from scratch should expect lower reply rates. The meetings came from emails and calls together. Industry figures are medians from published sales research (Bridge Group 2025 sales development study; 2026 cold email benchmark studies) and vary by source.

The first 13 working days of sending, 19 October to 4 November 2026. Alongside the emails, 75 calls were approved. Counted from the send log, the mailbox and the lead records. Replies count every conversation where someone wrote back, yes or no; bounces and auto-replies are left out.

    FAQ

    The questions buyers ask first.

    What is PEIQ?

A digital employee for business development. It researches the multi-unit residential buildings in your territory, finds the people who manage them, drafts emails and calls for your approval, qualifies the replies and books site meetings.

    Is PEIQ an AI SDR?

Yes, in that it does a sales development representative’s job: research, first emails, calls, follow-ups, qualifying replies and booking meetings. We call it a digital employee because you brief it like a hire and it works only on your approval. It is built for firms that sell to multi-unit residential buildings in Canada.

How is it different from hiring a business developer?

A business developer brings judgment and a handshake on site. PEIQ does the research, outreach and follow-up every working day, logs every word, and books the site meeting. Your team walks the building.

How is it different from a lead-generation agency or an AI SDR tool?

PEIQ starts from the building rather than a list of job titles: the buildings in your territory, then the firm that manages each one. Every email opens with a fact about the reader’s own building, and every email and call waits for your approval.

Will my prospects know they are dealing with AI?

It works under the name and signature you give it. It never claims to be a person: if someone sincerely asks, it answers honestly and offers a call with someone from your team.

Does anything go out without my approval?

No. Every email, call, meeting confirmation and concession waits for your approval. You can approve, edit or stop each one.

    Is it CASL compliant?

It is built to work within CASL. Every contact carries the source of their details and the basis for contacting them, every message identifies your firm with contact details and a way to opt out, and opt-outs are honoured at once. Your own counsel should confirm it for your situation.

    Does it work in Quebec?

Yes. Messages to Quebec contacts are written in French first, then English, and calls to Quebec numbers open in French.

    Does it make phone calls?

Yes, to the people you approve for that day, in English and French. Every call is transcribed and logged.

Which industries does it work for?

Firms that sell to the people who manage multi-unit residential buildings, and to REITs, hotels, schools and other institutions: engineering, restoration, commercial HVAC, fire and life safety, backflow testing, pool and spa, and similar trades.

    What does it cost?

Pricing depends on your trade and territory, so we share it in the walkthrough. The first five firms join as founding partners, on a 90-day pilot at a founding rate, measured on booked site meetings.
